5. Marketing Communications & SMS
- We do not currently send marketing SMS to our customers.
- Transactional SMS (appointment confirmations, proposal follow-ups) are sent only to opted-in recipients who explicitly provided their phone number through our contact forms or in-person engagements.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, or by emailing info@oneocean.agency.
- Future marketing SMS, if implemented, will require explicit opt-in via TCPA-compliant double-opt-in flows and A2P 10DLC registration.
