Platform
The client dashboard
Every OneOcean client gets a private dashboard that answers one question their advertising never answers on its own: for every dollar spent on each channel, how many leads arrived, how many became appointments, and how many became paying jobs.
One screen instead of five logins
Most business owners are handed one report per platform and left to reconcile them. Ours puts every channel in a single table — money spent on the left, work won on the right — so the comparison is obvious without a spreadsheet.
- What each channel cost over the period
- How many people it reached and how many clicked
- How many of those became leads in the CRM
- How many became booked appointments
- The resulting cost per lead, per channel
Where the numbers come from
Advertising spend and performance are read directly from each platform, once a day, using their official reporting APIs. Leads, appointments and job outcomes come from the client’s own CRM, which we operate for them.
- Google Ads API — read-only reporting queries for cost, impressions, clicks and conversions per campaign, on the accounts our clients have linked to our manager account. Video (YouTube) campaigns are reported separately from Search and Performance Max.
- Meta Marketing API — the same figures for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- OneOcean CRM — leads, calls, booked visits and closed jobs.
What the dashboard never does
The dashboard reports. It does not manage. Campaign changes are made deliberately by our team inside each advertising platform, never automatically by this tool.
- It does not create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, ad groups, ads, budgets, bids or keywords.
- It performs no write operation of any kind against any advertising platform.
- It is not sold as software, licensed, resold, or made available to anyone outside the clients whose accounts we manage.
Who can see what
There is no public or anonymous access: every page requires a login. Each client authenticates with their own email address and sees only their own account. Clients never see each other’s data, and we do not aggregate, benchmark or export data across clients.
The client owns their advertising accounts and their own billing. They link those accounts to us so we can manage them, and they can unlink them at any time.
Honest gaps
When a number cannot be known, the dashboard says so instead of showing a zero. If an advertising account has no conversion tracking configured, we can show what it spent but not what it produced — and we label it that way. A zero would read as “this channel did not work”, which is a different and often false claim.
