Questions
What contractors ask before they try it
Does the AI set my prices?
No. Your rates are yours. Prova reads the design and lists the work; the price comes from your price book. If you have no rate for a line, it can suggest a market figure for your area — clearly marked, and you confirm it before it goes on the document.
Is the render exactly what the customer will get?
It is a concept, and the document says so. It sells the idea; the estimate is what you commit to. Final measurements happen on site.
Do my customers see Prova?
On the free plan the PDF carries a small "Made with Prova" line at the bottom. Pro removes it and puts your logo and color on the letterhead.
What do images cost me?
Each render uses one image. You get 15 free, Pro includes 60 a month, and a pack of 25 is $9. Reading the design and building the estimate are free.
Where does my data live?
In your account, under your login. Photos and renders are used only to build your estimates. To export or delete your account, email info@oneocean.io and we take care of it.
